The results are in from the council elections in England. Yes the people of England are racist and suffer from dementia having no memories of what their parents and grandparents fought against between 1938 to 1945. 🤷♂️
As the astronauts reach the moon in their journey it is a wonderful inspiring reminder to us all, why is Trump hiding the Epstein files and when will he be prosecuted for his actions?

@kattascha@chaos.social Amazing someone would criticise Mark Zuckerberg by using Mark Zuckerberg's social media platform and therefore help Mark Zuckerberg who she criticises make more money to further empower Mark Zuckerberg. 🤷♂️

@GrimmReality@beige.party Yes, most of the world already knows, we’ve had a warrant out for his arrest for ages. The US just dosn’t agree with the international court hence no arrest when genocidal tyrants visit. 😒

@maxleibman@beige.party They always time it just before pay day so nobody can afford to shop anyway. Wonderful plan Amazon. Genius!
WELL DONE LORNA!! 💚 Condolences to Angus who has also been a good MSP. A constituency seat for the Scottish Green Party for the first time and not even close! Thousands of votes ahead.

Well that’s John Swinney re-elected which is part one of two that will hopefully reassure I don’t have to rapidly update the First Ministers of Scotland app 🤣

@airwhale @Nickiquote Indeed! 😁 Shame that it merely drifted in to the sea after not to too many flights and the project was scrapped. Would have been nice to have had a few years in the air to see if it would have changed the future 😁

@theleftistlawyer A man in Scotland who raped two women decided before trial he himself was a woman so he would be put in a prison with women. He was almost instantly removed from the woman’s prison and put in a men’s one where he remains to this day. Life is not as easy as you make it sound. Also here we don’t make people pay for bail, if they can be trusted enough they will be told to behave and placed on bail. If they are suspected to or known to be a danger they will remain behind bars. Healthcare here is also free as required. A lot of this seems more American issues. I hope life improves there in time. Also if you can claim a right you are welcome to move to Europe ☺️👍

@Nickiquote How many defence planes can it carry on board? Because the past record was 5*. If it can’t beat the USS Akron why would anyone invest 🤪 (*The proper and full functionality was 4 but it could carry a 5th if need be. It simply could be a case that the 5th may need to be ejected and lost if it had a fault) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Akron?wprov=sfti1#

@ScottishGreens Put on a brownshirt to stop the SNP? Could Labour get any more wacky!? They are already arresting pensioners as terrorists for sitting down with a piece of cardboard and are wanting to spy on the folk like the Stasi. I’d never vote Labour if my life depended on it the way they have behaved recently. 😒

@thisismyglasgow wait… it was THIS morning!? It turns out I WAS here today 😭 I should have booked my place after all 😞 Though I did wander around paying more attention on this trip like I saw this interesting doorway on Burnswick Street 😁

@benroyce We are involved in the NDP? That is shameful! I never thought my European tax money would fund the Nonce Distraction Project.

@rbreich I think you don’t really understand trickle down economics. They make more money and when they piss on the workers that got them there it trickles down off them onto the floor. “Clean it up!” is then often shouted at them. Before they are then made redundant. 🤪
First Scottish election result in for the Orkney Islands constituency. 70.2% voted for the Lib Dems, quite a safe seat for them. SNP were in second place with 16.2%. Sadly in third place 8.2% voted for the Nazis 😒

@rmondello I moved away from Apple Passwords when Timmy was kissing the feet of Despot TACO. I am minimising all business with US companies, even moved to Apple Music to Deezer. It’s good that moving passwords is easy to do. Proton offer mail as well as passwords so is another good option for those looking to do the same.

@dxzdb if 1Password lets you into 1Password without a password I’d be quite worried about it 😬 Is it not called 1Password for that very reason? 🤔
Edit: Yes you can use biometrics, but you still need to have a password. What if you lose a finger or your face changes and you’ve lost the device?

@Strandjunker@mstdn.social I can’t say that has ever crossed my mind ever. Also getting married is not an obligation.

@Gurre @EUCommission I oppose England rejoining but if they do I fully expect no exception be made in them using euro and implementing schengen.

@dxzdb if you have more than one you can indeed store it on Apple Passwords. You can indeed even store the password for your main Apple account on Apple Passwords. I just think that would be a really daft thing to do as you may at some point need it to get in anyway so you need to remember it. You can even share passwords with family if you wish using Apple Passwords.
Biometrics are great but what if your face changes? I’ve had neurosurgery. What if you lose a hand and no longer have the fingerprint you used? What if your eyeballs are burnt away or poked out in a tragic accident? They are great for convenience but one is not enough.
In a final note Apple’s use of biometrics does not ever, ever, record a copy of your face or fingerprint and pass it around. If a password manager wanted to store that there is no way in hell I would hand it over.
Personally I’d advise not to use Apple Passwords anyway if your life is not Apple centric, in fact the way America is I wouldn’t give any data or business to an American company if it can be avoided. ☺️👍

@ScottishGreens@mastodon.scot Technically Holly and Lorna both won their seats at 22:00 on the same day. The announcement time after the count is not relevant 😉 They are joint first Scottish Greens to win constituency seats 😁

@joat @Strandjunker While the UK may have some health bankruptcies this is probably because while universal healthcare is free to all, private healthcare is also an option. Particularly if someone seeks non-essential treatments, treatments not provided by the NHS, or wishes to be treated more rapidly. I actually get private healthcare through my employer but I have no idea how I’d claim it, I just go to the NHS 🤣

@joat @Strandjunker Ahh yes! Dental cover here is not fully covered. For children yes, for adults there are small flat fees and fillings will be dark and ugly. 🤣 You want a nice smile you need to pay up 🤪 Opticians similar but in Scotland you can get free eye tests and funding towards basic glasses.

@molly0xfff I constantly told Apple News I was not interested in the UK Monarchy for six years and it made no difference, I was still constantly bombarded with news of where they went on holiday, which cup of tea they drank, and what toilet paper they would use to wipe their arses if they shat like the normal folk do. 😒🤷♂️

@ReggieHere @Gurre @EUCommission With rare exceptions, referendums in the UK are suggestive and the government is not obligated to follow them. When all the Brexit politicians ran away Teresa May had no reason to have to turn it in to Mega-Brexit. She could have ignored it, she could have made it Brexit-lite and made the idiots think they achieved something. Nope! She chose to funk up the economy 🤷♂️

@dxzdb @rmondello If you’re using Apple Password then do not store your Apple password on it. You need to have that one password in life to get to the others. You would need to use it to get to it anyway 🤭

@Geri@veganism.social I think we know what they really are, men who like to find a good excuse to hang out with other men because daddy wouldn’t approve of how they actually feel about other men and therefore they are in utter denial about who they actually are. At least that’s often the vibe I get from them the few times I have spoken to such mobsters 🤣 (and one wasn’t actually in denial 🤭)
I rarely use them and only used one to check a news article I read on AI being tricked. It passed the test of not being one to fall for it. At the end of the conversation when it asked if I wanted it to offer some extra information… I replied and said no thanks. I wasted my time saying no thanks to a computer 🤣😬
That video I posted yesterday was badly encoded. I was working too late! Re-encoded and re-uploaded to a format that doesn't appear to be filmed at midnight 🤭
Ever wonder why you see round groups of trees in the middle of farming fields? It's usually because there is a wrecked old castle in there!

@Erased_Citizen@cupoftea.social Okay, question, what are these along the base of the platform. They all seem varied.
Seems the constituents of his area don't even want the Labour Leader Anas Sarwar to represent them. They've voted in the SNP instead 🤣 On a personal level when Sarwar was my MP and I went to him with an issue he was a useful as an inflatable dartboard. To this day I am still haunted and harassed by HMRC for money I do not owe them.
For those not from Scotland fear not, he will likely retain his seat by the second regional vote.

Very pleased to see that in the Scottish Election vote counts across the country almost everyone no matter what party they are from they clap the vote counts for all their competitors EXCEPT the Nazi party. Good on you all! ☺️👍
