Jest pewien problem w #UX, który do dziś nie został rozwiązany i mnie to naprawdę dziwi. Mianowicie sklepy z aplikacjami mają przycisk „Pobierz”, jakby to była darmowa aplikacja, przy aplikacjach, które wymagają subskrypcji. Jest co prawda napisane, że są płatności w aplikacji, ale nie jest napisane, że są one wymagane. To wygląda tak, jakby aplikacja miała wersję darmową i płatną. I dziwi mnie, że jeszcze żaden sklep z aplikacjami z tych mainstreamowych, takich jak #GooglePlay czy #AppStore, nie rozwiązał tego problemu. Najlepiej by było, jakby przy aplikacjach płatnych w nazwie przycisku było napisane: "[cena]/miesiąc" (albo kwartał czy rok) lub po prostu "Subskrybuj" zamiast "Pobierz", i wtedy wszystko by było jasne.
