I watch local news for the weather and I've noticed something about the political ads that are ramping up.
The Republican candidates are frequently not mentioning their party affiliation but are running on banning members of Congress from trading stocks, because corruption!
With no mention of the Corrupter-in-Chief, or Congress's role in reining him in 🙄
The credulousness of the news media about this current round of AI hype is just boggling.
Stop writing "loose" when you mean "lose" challenge.

@futurebird@sauropods.win my sister-in-law is apparently friends with someone who works at Fox News and was at that dinner. SIL described this person as "totally democratic socialist". I asked how they squared that with working at Fox. SIL said they were "just there until retirement". I said "Either you have principles or you don't".
(Fwiw, I'm speaking as someone who will never be able to retire.)

All the plots where a UOWM (or a marginally good looking old white man) is the love interest/partner of a woman half his age and at least twice as good looking. Even movies I love, like Sabrina.
*Sigh* Just marinated in it is right.

@DragonBard@dice.camp There's lots of ways to patch holes. This uses sashiko stitching. You could also just sew in (from the wrong side/back) a patch, or on (from the right side), or iron on (or in) a patch. They're your jeans, you get to choose!
