Many people have forgotten that molasses is very important in their diet. Even more people only know sugar which doesn't come from a source which has molasses in it. Bleached Sugar has chemicals which were used to remove the molasse
I'm considering Sugar Cane, as the sugar source which only grows in the tropics.

That same industry make sure that people are deceived and think that enormous amounts of sugar in their system are normal. For example a blood glucose level of 3.6 should be considered of the minimal that's needed for a human corpus to function normally.
There are many places, however which will tell you that of blood glucose level of six is normal in the early morning.
## It's too high!
Those sources are linked to the food industry in the US. When you get up Early in the Morning 🌄 and your glucose level is something like four to 4.3, you're fine; you're actually super healthy in regards to your blood glucose level
The reason why the food industry wants you to think that is that they want to keep poisoning you with way too much sugar
The same happens with NaCl which you find in the ocean and in ground deposits

## Anything that is too much destroys your corpus.
Sugar not only makes you fat to corpulent, if you don't burn it off with moving properly and enough; It also makes you unhappy simply because sugar is extremely addictive worse than cocaine. Sugar also destroys your eyesight; you can become blind of it
Sugar destroys your cardio vascular system; you can lose arms and legs because of it.
The addictive levels of sugar are also for another post.
What you should take out of this post, is to use sugar in careful moderation, use brown sugar and make sure it is as dark as possible because you need that molasses.

I've researched alternative SPD shoes, found good to great ones, yet had to bring all sizes to cm because of the wild size tables. Otherwise I could have ordered shoes which are too small.
One of the good other brands has a very sturdy & nice looking shoe, but they don't go larger than 11 and 1/2, which according to their custom sizing table, is a number of centimeters smaller than what I need.
There are other fantastic SPD waterproof boots, which also have that annoying sizing difference between Shimano and theirs. These cost a whopping USD 350, 3x more than a complex effect for my audio effects rack. They are made of genuine leather though.
Of the last sets of Shimano SPD shoes that I bought, one got ripped open at the big toe, after a run of the mill 0 km an hour stationary fall, which I broke perfectly, with the compliments of my Judo experience.
That has been the breaking point for me forcing to ditch Shimano SPD shoes also. Shimano budget SPD shoes are a liability now.
I do not want know what may have happened to my feet, if it was a 30 km an hour fall.
I have a reserve pair of those shoes which I have to wear now for obvious reasons.

# batteries
With all the technology we have, you still need to power down a device in order to have it's {lipo} batteries charged at relatively controllable temperatures.
That's the reason why removable batteries are a logical thing. That is also the reason why I do not understand from the perspective of fire safety, that volatile power units are permanently sealed in devices.
I have a few obsolete Android devices that are still perfectly usable, for lighter tasks. I refuse to pry them open in order to replace the volatile batteries which are charging at temperatures where the devices need to be shut down. A procedure I cannot do, because the power buttons and the logic integrated circuits behind them are broken. I need to use PPE in order to charge those things safely!
Luckily The European Union got fed up with this sealed battery phenomena and thanks to the Europeans we shall have normal battery separation again in our devices

- Fix and add workarounds to libtls to improve const correctness and
to avoid warnings when compiling with OpenSSL 4.
- Prefix EC_KEY methods with ec_key_ to avoid problems in some static
links.

## As tech companies race to secure massive power deals to build out hundreds of data centers across the country, these projects represent just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the potential climate cost of the LLM piramid scheme.

He also developed many programs such as Siddha Samadhi Yoga (SSY), Kaya Kalpa Kriya (KKK), Advanced Meditation Course (AMC), Bhava Samadhi Training (BST), Hundred Percent Memory (HMP, also known as RCRT), Infant Siddha Program (ISP) and Inspirational Leadership in Rural Development (ILRD) for the well-being of humanity
Rishi Prabhakar oversaw an organisation with over 100 ashrams and 700 centres all over the world. SSY's headquarters is located at a 32-acre campus in Rishi Tapokshetra which is "a yoga finishing school of sorts for a three-day advanced course".[2] Prabhakar's organization has a cancer research center whose goal is to eliminate cancer through yoga and healthy eating.[citation needed] He was recognized by the parishad of Pandits and scholors in Guntur in the year 1998 as the "Yoga Brahma" for his creation of yoga practices related to Samadhi in his unique methods. Many Yoga Gurus like Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev ji were his disciples. He was on the Board of World Religious Leaders for the Elijah Interfaith Institute.[3]
