Ex typhoon Choi-Wan is forecast to merge with a separate storm in the far southwestern Bering Sea and then dramatically deepen tonight and tomorrow morning. ECMWF has a 942 mb low off the Russian coast Thursday morning. Storm will likely wobble around and weaken significantly before crossing into Alaska water later Friday.
