That worked great until my friend had to go to court for a ticket he got from taking a whiz on the back of the convenience store. He later remarked, "It would have been cheaper for me to get a hotel room, take a piss, then leave."

There was a bar I went to in college that I didn't know had a restroom until I was a senior. The bar resembled a gap between two buildings that someone dragged a bunch of picnic tables into and covered over.

My idea is for "National Go Back To Bed Day". It occurs on a randomly chosen weekday each year. On the randomly chosen day, the day will be announced, no later than 6am Eastern (Standard|Daylight) Time, and everyone can just go back to bed to awaken whenever they feel like it.
Monitors will be out in public to ensure compliance. Those to be found out of compliance are chosen to be next year's monitors.

I had considered doing that, but there was no benefit to it. It did not improve performance of the IDE when we had partial classes.
Challenge for haters of the metric system:
