@imhotep@infosec.exchange go to an auto shop after a good rain and ask for their trashed wipers. You'll probably get a whole bag full (and some weird looks; I always say it's for an art project). You can strip the spring steel out of the wiper blade and make picks. You can also collect steel street sweeper bristles (which is what my first set of picks was made from).

@w_b@mastodon.world there are a number of different wards, as well as several mechanisms (single/double-sided, one or two actuators), but in my years of experience, this particular warded pick works on the vast majority of warded locks. My second go-to if this one fails is the double-sided single actuator version.
