Remember those witch burnings not so much all female witches. Rather any norm violator. Largely throughout history LGBTQA and other kinds of humans have existed and at some points were the norm. I think we can always strive to do better to make the world a better place for equality, and stand against any form of fascism.

Every thought or action=energy cost. I depend on scientists other researchers who collaborate with thoughts and ideas exploration . I opened up my context explorer and saw how neither could be the preferred evacuation method. You think they would just say, use the fire escapes in case of emergency. Btw if you live in one of these buildings. Have your fire escapes been tested for stability etc. may want to check that. Cheers Happy Sunday !

@pseudonym@mastodon.online While it is a pretty good option. You could also be kind to yourself. Have realistic ecpectations of yourself/healthy boundaries. By doing that you say. I’m being present, responding and by taking some action it gives me back some autonomy and allows me to check in on them see if they got help later sometimes people just want to know people care about them. Offer an ear . That way hopefully it doesn’t trigger into some type of stress and anxiety death later
