PLEASE BOOST. Okay, as a trans *man* I experience dysphoria sometimes, but I've never experienced dysphoria as a woman before, as I've never been a woman before(long story but the fact I am plural accounts for much of that). For additional context, I've recently discovered I'm bigender(trans man, and woman). In many ways this feels more closely aligned with trans women's experience than cis women's experience...so, my trans women fedi friends, what do *you* do when you feel dysphoric to feel better please? Tips, tricks etc greatly appreciated. (Femme language towards me in comments please, and my femme/girl name here online is Acey💖)

It's spring in my corner of the world, and warming up quickly in the rush to summer. I rent my home, and while I have a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, in the high Aussie heat of summer of over 40C/104F, it's still far too hot in the rest of the house, and makes my disabilities and chronic illness worse. I have no aircon or fans in the rest of my tiny apartment, and with my disabilities and chronic illness, I could really use a fan this year, so I'm not shut in the bedroom constantly. I really need a 40cm, metal blade fan for it to be effective along with my usual cooling towel, cooling mat etc. I live under the poverty line, so this is out of reach for me. If you could help make it possible for me to get the fan I need, and help make spring and summer more bearable with disability and chronic health issues, it would be much appreciated. My goal is $99.95(cheapest one I can find and also free delivery to my door as I can't get to a store and cart one home due to disabilities). Thank you so much💖

After my most recent hospital trips, lovely people here on fedi have been asking me what I'll need to get through the next couple of weeks given I'm disabled and under the poverty line, and my last surgery didn't go to plan😔(you can read more on my timeline). I need to recover from that physically, while also now needing to gain strength and wait for yet another surgery at the end of September due to the last one not working😅 Obviously, the setback has thrown things out of whack as far as the food and adult diapers that I currently can't do without, so given people have asked, I have taken stock of what I'll need to get through until next surgery day:
*more ready meals as I don't have the ability to cook right now but need nutritious things that are pre-prepared
*Two more packs of adult diapers to get me through until the next surgery date.
The total cost is $237.15. That will mean I'm fed, and able to rest and recover from my last hospital stay and surgery(where they added another stent), and give myself the best possible chance of being alright to go into the next surgery and have that be a success(and recovery be smooth).
If you could help me reach my goal of $237.15 so I can get those essential diapers and the food I need, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance♥️

August has been extremely difficult, and this week coming I desperately need to get some meds and groceries, and have a medical appointment I need to get a taxi/Uber to and from as I don't have a car or anyone to take me, it's too far to walk, and I can't sit on public transport for long due to my disabilities and recent other health diagnoses. Being lesbian is hard.
Being trans makes it even harder.
I think I'm not even bisexual, I'm just lesbian in denial.
Because since my childhood I always hated being in a male body, I disliked men, and I was always into females until testosterone kicked in.
I have zero interest in men I guess. I really can't stand the idea of being with a man after HRT + orchi.
