Okay, as a trans *man* I experience dysphoria sometimes, but I've never experienced dysphoria as a woman before, as I've never been a woman before(long story but the fact I am plural accounts for much of that). For additional context, I've recently discovered I'm bigender(trans man, and woman). In many ways this feels more closely aligned with trans women's experience than cis women's experience...so, my trans women fedi friends, what do *you* do when you feel dysphoric to feel better please? PLEASE BOOST FOR ME! It's spring in my corner of the world, and warming up quickly in the rush to summer. I rent my home, and while I have a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, in the high Aussie heat of summer of over 40C/104F, it's still far too hot in the rest of the house, and makes my disabilities and chronic illness worse. I have no aircon or fans in the rest of my tiny apartment, and with my disabilities and chronic illness, I could really use a fan this year, so I'm not shut in the bedroom constantly. I really need a 40cm, metal blade fan for it to be effective along with my usual cooling towel, cooling mat etc. I live under the poverty line, so this is out of reach for me. If you could help make it possible for me to get the fan I need, and help make spring and summer more bearable with disability and chronic health issues, it would be much appreciated. My goal is $99.95(cheapest one I can find and also free delivery to my door as I can't get to a store and cart one home due to disabilities). Ah yes, an #introduction is definitely in order after a yearish long hiatus followed by a switch in instance! We're DECSystem10, though sinza is a convenient singular entity that we tend to use I as. We are a #plural collective who has grown increasingly disillusioned with generative AI (and is in fact a huge part of why I switched instances). Just plural things: Giving my American husband a crash course in the language after a little from my system suddenly showed up speaking fluent Welsh. My own Welsh has lapsed quite a bit after living in Australia for some years, but this little is absolutely fluent, which has amazed us all. My husband is doing really well, and his enthusiasm to learn is huge. I'm so proud. Plural life is wild. While many in my system/constellation are ND like me, have the same mental conditions and other disabilities etc, not everyone feels my fibro pain to quite the same extent as I do. It's helpful in the sense that if there are chores or errands to be done, they can front or be co-con to help, which eases things a little for me as host, and takes a little stress off the body. I'm very grateful for my system-mates, and their different skills, personalities, abilities etc. #pluralgang #plural

Three good things today: Managed some housework and organizing in between resting today. It feels good to be able to accomplish even a little, and feel somewhat "normal".
