@fesshole to be fair, I had never a good time while listening to "on hold music".
I had a similar issue with an insurance company where they had an AI for the menu and it took several calls to get to a human.
If you call it agile, please act like it and don't just put story points on every task. And why on earth don't you include your developers in the planning of those stories?
The way it's working now is basically the worst of waterfall and agile combined. Congrats, I hate it.

Wenn ich Autos aus dem Kreis Sigmaringen mit dem Kennzeichen "SIG HL" (o.ä.), dann geh ich erstmal davon aus, dass das Nazis sind.
Und wenn man sich die vergangenen Wahlergebnisse aus dem Kreis ansieht, dann liegt man da vermutlich häufig richtig.

@gazebo_c current customer plans for 2-3 months. I got assigned a few stories and the way they work is that they give the story i.e. 8 SP and then say: will be worked on over the next 4 weeks = 2 SP per week = 8 SP in total.

What remote desktop tool do you all use if you are doing family tech support?
I'm using linux (CachyOS/Arch), my family mostly uses windows, so it needs to be a tool which is available on both platforms.
(bonus if it is available on macOS, android or iOS)
Edit: there were a couple of suggestions for RustDesk, so I will look into it. If you have any suggestion, feel free to add that.
