#Tennessee sucks. The #governor just passed a law creating a #public #database of #trans #people. I don't even have the words to describe just how incredibly cruel and fucked up this is.
Not only is this the first time the state has tried this, medical #information will be collected (major HIPAA violation), and the database will be publicly available.
Arguably, this is the worst and most dangerous anti-trans law in the country and jeopardizes the #safety, privacy, and well being of trans people.

As a fellow autist, I have to wonder if another fellow autist speaking about one of their passions in insane detail (all too common) is confused for mansplaining.
While I have certainly talked about one of my passions (synthesizers) in such detail to others no one has accused me of it. Though, for some I can definitely see this happening.

Capital punishment in this country is cruel enough as it is. Electric chair, lethal injection, gas. They are torture methods that result in death.
What general population will do to this guy will be unquestionably more savage, unrestrained, and probably last a lot longer.
He needs to be permanently removed from society and studied.
What's not often discussed is the significant psychological trauma that prison guards experience when participating in executions.

While I am all for taxing the living shit out of billionaires (70% is simply not enough), wanting to outlaw them is just wishful thinking, at best.
Once someone becomes that wealthy, they are effectively untouchable unfortunately. This needs to be turned on its head completely. They have enough wealth to pay a 90% tax rate and *still* be set for life.
