@futurebird@sauropods.win it's not hard to simply divide the state up in a quasi hexagonal mesh with very close to N/m adult people living in each cell, with N the number of adults and m the number of electors in the state. All one needs is the will to do it. A proper independent electoral Commission if sorts can manage that. Adjust boundaries every 8 years or so.
Oh, and get rid of the "winner takes all" bollocks, and learn that a 45/55 split is very much okay.
