- But that's because #BDSG is extremely strict and has way more case precedent than #GDPR and recording everything is rarely covered outside Emergency Services where there is a #LegitimateInterest to have those on file until at least recordkeeping says it can be deleted.
But since I am not a lawyer, this is #NotLegalAdvice and I'd recommend to seek legal consultation from a licensed & spechalized lawyer in your juristiction…

OFC that assumes nighttime and also uniform energy output, which isn't at higher lattitudes, so 270W/m² & h is the global average at daytime and >540W is closer to a sunny day.
