@jonny don't forget to upvote all these helpful answers, to make sure the LLM learns how to be even more helpful in future training 💜💜💜

@koh_kun@mastodon.social @campuscodi@mastodon.social it only localizes the energy spend while keeping the profitable data stream coming. That's sneaky.
Releasing my game's trailer today ❤️

@fesshole this is just theft 😡

@millie@infosec.exchange especially true for programming languages and core libraries. python2 vs python3 was so exhausting and took so long, and what did we win from it, as a species?
Replying to
@yvanspijk@toot.community I bet "library" won't change because it's full of nerds!

@Daojoan the productivity deity known as "In" is fickle. Followers of "In" must perform acts of forced positivity at scheduled times to keep it from erasing the family savings.

@waltertross @Craigp this is true. As a Portuguese native speaker, I learned how to use gimp way before I learned what BDSM was.

@eric a thankful social media comment indicating that the blog post taught the commenter something new about the topic

@brib@bribstodon.xyz the Godot game I'm working on runs on 108mb of RAM according to windows process manager. If you count GPU memory, it probably goes over.
But IIUC Godot can be recompiled, so as to remove features you don't need.

@ylegall@genart.social This is mesmerizing :)

@remywhisker@mastodon.social @mjt@mastodon.online I've been practicing on how to introduce nuance like this without scaring people away. Sometimes they can feel guilty or implicated even.

@Njord@zeroes.ca I'm a human citizen. In such an interconnected planet a lot of the politics, power structures, economics, bleed across borders even if it takes longer to cross those borders sometimes. So I'm a citizen of humanity.

@alice@lgbtqia.space the big inhalation has such a weird tension, I felt it in my soul
In case you missed this from a different timezone, I'm announcing the open alpha to my solo indie game project White Curtains
It's a pathologic-like RPG about politics, the shared dreams of a community, and who gets to dictate them.
This represents the first part of the game, and I would really love some feedback!

@remywhisker@mastodon.social @mjt@mastodon.online lol, my message could be read as implying that you're bad at communicating and this is your fault. What a neat accidental example

@dgar@aus.social would be funny if you try to log in with the e-mail and password provided and you get rick rolled, and find out it's a prank they play on people with very weak or common passwords.

@pierogiburo I totally agree that tech could be different. It's easy to see when we look at Wikipedia, (some of) the Linux space, and more. As an old, I recall a lot of the internet being way more free than it is now. These examples show that it's not inevitable.

@britown thank you, I got killed by my greed earlier :)

@remywhisker@mastodon.social @mjt@mastodon.online I think a big part of propaganda is to create tiny meme-bombs. Sequences of 3 to 5 words with so many things wrong that you'll seem like a fool trying to unpack it

@froyok@mastodon.gamedev.place @mike@social.chinwag.org @glyph@mastodon.social @mcc@mastodon.social it could be a laptop on a metered connection. I definitely appreciate this kind of data saving feature

@remywhisker@mastodon.social @mjt@mastodon.online so someone comes to you, doesn't know all the context and drops an inflammatory statement that sounds good in a vacuum, and then you radicalise them by breaking it down.

@enfys@wetdry.world I have so many questions but I'm so afraid to ask all of them! Nicely done 👍👍

@art_codesmith@toot.cafe I assume you're talking about how encode and decode methods are more strict now. I think that's great. But I don't think it had to be a breaking change.
Replying to
@remywhisker@mastodon.social @mjt@mastodon.online hostile intent is really easy to assume sometimes. Conversations with more people interrupting each other, all trying to find a simple conclusion to a complex problem. Toxic spaces like twitter dot com.

@art_codesmith@toot.cafe okay, we did win that as a species. It's pretty good that there's one, obvious way to do strings now.
