So is Trump and the United States, which is why it is so pathetic that he's attacking Canada for doing what he's been doing since he's been in charge. The NDP needs to hammer home a simple message: It costs more to deal with the results of climate change than it would to switch to a 100% Green Economy.

If you startle a grizzly bear, they have a tendency just to take a swipe at you and they can kill you by accident. Polar bears consider humans to be food. They also have an amazing sense of smell, so they know you were there for kilometres and were likely tracking you. I'm so sorry.

@Daojoan Several years back, a story in a Toronto newspaper went viral online. It was about a couple who opened a restaurant and it was supposed to be a story of self-made entrepreneurs. Turns out they were able to open the restaurant because they lived with the husband's parents and were able to use the $200,000 / year in rent they got from the house their grandmother had left them. Again, the newspaper story about them made it look like they made it on their own with no outside help.

But it also means you have to get rid of good politicians who were elected young and have to quit before they reach 50. I think getting money out of politics would fix more than terms limits would.
