@sysop408@sfba.social this same company makes avocado oil kettle chips and they are delicious. Sold at Whole Foods. No reason to get beef tallow versions. Beef tallow goes rancid very quickly and that’s why beef jerky is always very lean cuts or completely juiced with preservatives.
I don’t know how McDonald’s did it (probably preservatives) but their fries were cooked in beef tallow through the 1980’s and they were great. Nowadays it’s vegetable oil and “beef flavor” derived from milk, wheat, and stonewalling from corporate.

Not so sure about using Forgejo since the same people are involved. I’ve not looked at gitea in awhile but definitely not feeling comfortable with Forgejo.

This actually happens on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac while you sleep. iCloud is nothing but file storage.
I know this as I was involved in the buildout of maps services that have to put up with the influx of background low priority API calls that go into geocoding and labeling all of these places. Apple is cheap and does not want to spend the money on any server side ML or video processing to make these.
