if god didn't want us to be gay why did he make sucking dick so enjoyable
merzbow and chill
tired old bimbo who used to make games
queer (non-binary transfem, pan but mostly lesbian, poly)
neurospicy (autistic, adhd, plural)
disabled (chronic fatigue)
she/her, it/its if we're friends
🏴 Kill the landlord in your head
🏴 Death to Videodrome
I'm supposed to go to a shibari workshop later today, but the dress code is sports clothing and the leggings+t-shirt combo is making me dysphoric as all hell, I don't know if I can make it
lots of intrusive thoughts of jumping into an active volcano so I'm never perceived again
@junklight@mastodon.art I'm entering my 4th year of HRT, the other day I was looking at selfies from last year around the same time and my face has visibly feminised even more since (I'm almost 50, for reference); breast growth still ongoing.
you have a lot to look forward to is what I mean I guess (and that's one of the joys of doing this)
I suspect there's a bias towards the first year or two of HRT being perceived as where you see the most results simply because people post way more about their experiences when they're early in their transition
just gonna say it out loud since it's happened twice already: if I follow you and you start posting about working with LLM tools and how it's been great i will just make a disappointed face and hit the unfollow button
I don't want to hear about your sad slop lifestyle choices
ovh email that arrived at 4AM on a Sunday: our web hosting offers are getting better!
me: you're jacking up your prices aren't you
ovh email: dear valued customer,
me: uh uh
ovh: ...adding more value to our hosting plans...
me: *keeps scrolling*
ovh: ...now with AI for web hosting...
me: what does that even mean *keeps scrolling*
ovh: ...improved tech support...
me: you're just deploying a chatbot aren't you *scrolls again*
ovh: also we're raising all our hosting prices 30 to 60% lmao
you know you've reached a transition milestone when your youtube ad feed consists entirely of ads for cosmetics and lesbian dating apps
the combination of being very isolated IRL and the constant low level sexual harassment that comes with being one of the only trans women out in this shitty town, it can be really soul destroying sometimes
it feels like I'm quietly going insane, perhaps as a weird mental safety mechanism? you can't objectify me and deny my personhood if I hit the big emergency depersonalisation button in my brain first, fuck you
I wonder how many other trans women who live outside big cities experience something similar
there's nothing quite like spending a couple hours getting completely ignored by your peers at a queer support group meet-up, leave the place to have a cry on the bench outside, only to be leered at by a chaser and his friends
what a life
depending on how desperate you are:
-
dating apps gen X women use, they're probably all owned by Match group now
-
Grindr (I know, I know; but you still can find other girls on there, if you can deal with the avalanche of dick pics)
-
try the new fancy apps designed by and for queer zoomers, post an elaborate profile, probably never get an answer
-
monitor your local transfem signal chats, try to DM other middle aged ladies when they show up so you have a link to them when they inevitably leave when they get tired of the hostility
-
your local cis gay bar; somehow there's often a doll stuck there who isn't aware of any other hangout spot
forgot how good Endless Dismal Moan was, holy fuck
- YouTube
whenever I set foot in a pub and it looks like it's full of dickheads that song pops up in my head immediately now
