Miniature painting teaches the attitude of the knife – chopping off what’s incomplete and saying: ‘Now, it’s complete because it’s ended here.’
Literally a snorlax, he/him, software engineer. I enjoy running and playing TTRPGs that aren't D&D, and I read a lot. A LOT. Manga, manhua, manhwa, light novels, novels, fanfiction, web serials.
I run a Legend of the Five Rings campaign and a low effort OD&D campaign.
Getting my bookshelves back in order post-move. This was one of my highest priorities, right after functioning bedrooms and kitchen. Also it emptied a LOT of boxes. No, more than that. More. Even more. This is just one bookshelf, and not even all the shelves on it.
You may notice a lot of books that are frequently banned. For ages I told my family if they needed a gift, that was the place to look.

I cannot fucking wait to get my painting desk back up and running. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be ready to get it going.
if I had a nickel for every time IT missed something significant and relatively obvious during a security change and caused a multi day work stoppage, I'd have far more than 2 nickels and that's kind of fucked up.
I am sweaty as hell, and I haven't even started getting the painting desk more than in place with a couple lights on it, and one big box of battletech unpacked onto a table. I have too much shit, gonna be selling some off.
