Artix has stated it rejects age verification and will strip out any that end up in Artix.
How is it that distros like Arch and Endeavour have basically a non answer cuz of being cautious, but smaller and more niche distros are flat out rejecting?
Idk what I am going to do regarding my embedded devices, but thankfully openwrt looks like has rejected it and will have to look into compiling custom RPi images.

@fadedoasis what if the crime is posted in a way where it can't be completely seen beyond a doubt it is a crime?

@log don't even get me started on this garbage car society. I've had medical staff schedule me at locations near where I live, but I take the bus so it isn't closer to me.

@negative12dollarbill@techhub.social that still doesn't excuse a dickhead using his disability as an excuse to be a powertripping asshat. Just rubs off as someone who is insufferable to work with. @fesshole@mastodon.social

@Mabande@mastodon.social they're using their disability as an excuse to be a power tripping dickhead. I would've reported them and people like you making excuses for these sort of people are part of the problem. @fesshole@mastodon.social

@anttipeltola@mastodon.world the world would crumble if all these oss devs went on strike and pushed out an update that broke their library or framework. @uint8_t@chaos.social @funambolo@mastodon.world

Has anyone used Devuan? I am wondering how active development is since I am thinking about running Debian for my new server thing on one of my desktops. Issue with Debian is they use systemd by default and starting to try to move away from it.

@evacide@hachyderm.io wasn't this the guy who didn't understand basic technical questions and made it apple only or was that another guy?
AI slop is actually starting to piss me off... legit was trying to get something working, but couldn't cuz the docs were trash and half the search results were claude code articles. Legit an unnecessary migraine.
Anyways, moved away from that when I realized I couldn't get it to do what I wanted it to do and got a working solution.

Got reminded why I hate programming... the design phase for the components. Just tedious and boring cuz I gotta overthink literally everything.

@memoriesin8bit@mastodon.gamedev.place @pikario@mastodon.gamedev.place anything that depends on kde does something similar. After a while, you should be more aware of what does what, but even than replacing the display manager like that is just a bad design and requiring to install a whole de to use one thing is just inefficient, bad design, and bloatware.
