Stores should offer discounts for using self-checkout tho, but... *shrug*

N.B: Apologies for the video quality. I tried to reduce size as much as possible while keeping stuff discernible.

Eh, since you're the one giving and receiving the tip, isn't it net 0? Some tax may also apply probably, so you'd end up actually losing.
I'm no accountant and a bit sleepy, so may be mistaken xD

Somehow, a (very probably scam) app got into the top of search results, and I inadvertently installed it, and gave it my login information.
I managed to login via official means, and change the password. Thankfully, I never ever added any kind of payment information like credit cards or such, and I don't think they could get anything useful from the account, or send messages on my behalf.

There was a case recently of a teen girl successfully suing her own mother in Argentina, for sharing photos of the girl in various social networks *and* dating apps, including Tinder and Happen(?)
The judge ordered removal of any offending pictures from everywhere, and a restraining order to the mother to stop her from posting more pictures.
Here's an article in Diario Uno (in Spanish):

/bin/bash

Given that I've seen people *on the bus* entering their passwords or other sensitive details like DoB/national IDs on e.g. banking apps, I have low expectations for normal people.

One could argue that both also put undue stress on the power grid, possibly prompting (no pun intended) more fossil fuel use.
(AI data centers probably consume much more, but don't have hard numbers at hand, tho)
