@teknomagic It is not a bubble like that. AI can be powerful and it's here to stay forever as far as humans go. Don't conflate useless AI in your apps with all AI. AI in sciences is pretty much a necessity. Plus, you can't impede people from using LLMs, so either you let them use the garbage american ChatGPT, or you give them an AI that actually respects copyright.

While i agree that it has many flaws, it doesn't mean we'd be better off without forced education. Because the alternative is utter ignorance. More educated people make better choices, you can tell by comparing countries with different education levels.

And while most of those polls are about university education, so not forced schools, in a way that is still de facto forced in wealthy countries. Plus students cheat with AI there too, it's no different. Because people feel forced to go to university to be able to get a good job.

I got banned from Amazon because i was trying to ship something to a friend that lives to a different country. They asked me to prove my identity, i did, they didn't like it and removed my ability to respond. So i made a new account and told to support what happened, and they ACTUALLY told me to respond to the noreply email... #amazon #kindle

Still better than the American diet, which they compare it often to. But the Indian and Japanese diets don't score any less then Mediterranean. And they are all getting worse as their diets McDonalidise over time.
