Er deutet auch an, dass ihm da der rechte Flügel der Fraktion im Nacken sitzt. Es wäre seine Aufgabe, stattdessen seine Leute zu überzeugen, auf die SPD zuzugehen. Wenn er das nicht schafft, müsste er ehrlicherweise abtreten.

Dass der Vizechef einer Polizeibehörde sowas fordert, ist nicht überraschend. Man kann spekulieren, wie er sich das praktisch vorstellt. Einsatz von Tojanern? Oder wird der Endgerätebesitzer per gerichtlicher Anordnung unter Strafandrohung dazu gebracht seine Kryptoschlüssel offenzulegen?

Judging that certain effects should be avoided or prevented, is not a scientific as much as an ethical insight.
