I assume it is not an employee but Artificial Intelligence, because the description of the error, taking instructions from a mail address in a signature, is typical of an IA: "Her email signature happened to reference her chapter’s website at a subdomain of HELPNETWORKINC.ORG. GoDaddy’s recovery team apparently looked at the signature, saw the parent domain, and transferred that domain into her account."
