Day 7 of learning #ZephyrRTOS with my freebie #NXP MCXA156

Adjusted 6th day's work to include an LVGL bar that relies on % of min and max value. I didn't feel like learning grid/flex layout so I just used child objects and shifted both to left right extremes

I might stop tracking this series after a couple of sensors more, it's served its purpose of getting the ball rolling and I don't see myself stopping soon. If you do wanna see more from me, please let me know :D
