Curious to see just how much of the thread on a quite pro-genAI subreddit is people commiserating on the exhaustion of their work turning primarily into tedium and poor engineering.

tap into D+/D- lines on a, for example, keyboard, and watch keys get pressed and released in real time in the USB packets
observation: having ready access to useful stimulants (let's say for the sake of this example they're caffeine pills) makes me way more likely to go to bed at a reasonable time, because i know waking up won't be as hellish
I don't think there's an amount of genAI stuff they could add to KDE that will make me consider using Gnome

this is actually not that hard if you use WiX, but it embeds 1 (one) random field that you can't fix without writing some C code that manipulates the MSI summary info using some real crusty APIs

oh, it turns out that what happened would be:
i install nodejsthis causes the base system to be updated from 15.1 to 15.1p3this causes freebsd to decide to autonomously reboot (wtf??)this causes the CI orchestrator i'm using to falsely report it as a timeout despite no such thing happening

despite the ongoing work on #GlasgowInterfaceExplorer revD, we haven't forgotten our loyal revC users: I've just added a prototype for a RAM expansion board for revC that 1bitSquared has designed a few years ago
it does pass the memory test, although the memory bandwidth is, at the moment, less than 2/3 of what's available with the faster revD FPGA
