the draft llm guidelines is basically the most sensible ai policy. they make the use of ai tooling not the point of the policy (because otherwise you get stuck in the entire authorship and provenance quagmire, which is literally just the heap paradox where you're trying to determine the exact level of metaphysical influence of seeing LLM output and using it where your code becomes ai generated), and instead talk about how the contributor should work with the codebase and other contributors. you know. the actual hard part of cooperation. not typing the code out
