#Yunohost nimmt einem dabei vieles ab. Vermutlich ist ein leichtgewichtigerer #ActivityPub Server hier sinnvoll anstelle von Mastodon.
Alternativ gibt es @HolosSocial@mastodon.social als ActivityPub Server auf dem Telefon.

If You have a data plan in any EU country, the plan still applies when visiting a different EU country. Before 2017 local providers could (and did) apply extra roaming charges:

Oh of course, this works only inside the EU. You need a data plan from a provider from a EU country. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

It looks like providers can be exempted to avoid massive costs due to roaming (the providers still have to pay for the transfer). Probably written down somewhere in the terms and conditions.

Does this apply to volume or transfer speed? i.e. in Germany the speed is generally lower because of bad infrastructure. The volume should not be affected. Also not all countries are part of it like Switzerland.
