A sensible government right now wouldn't try to keep energy prices down at the cost of everybody by indebting themselves further to the rich.
It would try to curtail excess use of fossil energy. E.g. immediate policies would be to ground private planes, enact a tempo limit for fossil cars. This does more for the poorest of consumers because they'll not be served the bill over time for this.

I feel this might be the only way to get away from platform based restrictions surrounding monetization.

@human3500 @pfsmet we're not thinning it we're adding an IR absorber to it - one that doesn't naturally decay on reasonable time spans for human civilization or the homo sapiens species.
That IR absorber significantly increases the capacity of the atmosphere to hold warmth on the surface. I'm 40 something years old and the majority of CO2 in the atmosphere has been added during my life-time.
Changes like that have happened in the history of our ecosphere but they would usually take millions of years. Not 40.

That is also a huge investment to develop and scale that technology.
the last time nuclear power was built it was only possible because the cold war needed the technology to be dual use otherwise it would have just been building nukes to collect dust somewhere.

A true AI would actually be great and i would absolutely vote to immediately give it human rights and citizenship of every nation.

The folks i know spend 70%+ of their time with vetting their clients to weed out those that would transgress their boundaries. If it is illegal the clients that remain are the ones that have proven that they will transgress boundaries. Which requires a whole lot of more infrastructure to make sex work safer, thus creating the need for "bouncers and pimps" which will usually have to be men in order to deter other men. Which in turn leaves all sex workers at the mercy of men.

There's also this specific mastodon phenomenon that the OP sees all replies while the rest only see's a fraction. So people can physically not see the harassment exposed e.g. women on this platform(s) here receive. Especially if their instances are blocking the offenders but not the one hosting the affected person.

Bin dafür zu versuchen objektive Kriterien zu finden die nicht unbedingt von der Kooperation der Plattform abhängen. Allerdings es auch einer potentiellen zukünftigen Afd Regierung nicht ermöglichen gegen politisch unliebsame Plattformen oder Inhalte vorzugehen.
Mitunter deswegen finde ich eine Ausweispflicht zu öffentlichen Meinungen auch deutlich drastischer.
