@joepbc@mastodon.social een grote uitdaging is hoe je dan bepaalt wat een "goede" toepassing is en wie de taak en het mandaat krijgt om de verdeling te verzorgen. Want het is nu de markt... Soortgelijke gedachten heb ik ook over bijvoorbeeld de zorg. Hoeveel mensen werken nu in botox klinieken die enerzijds extra druk op de reguliere zorg opleveren en anderzijds personeel hebben werken die prima in de reguliere zorg terecht zouden kunnen. Tegelijkertijd denk ik wel - net als je hout voorbeeld - dat iets minder marktwerking en iets meer goed-voor-de-samenleving-werking broodnodig is.

What I do find helpful myself is a pure, unstructured list of articles & papers which I can find whenever I need to support my claim that 'AI deskills'. This minimal effort pays back whenever you can actually influence a decision, by not having just a claim, but external findings. Gosh if people would just listen to me err us!

Want maar snel miljarden naar bedrijven toe smijten zonder heldere kaders in publiek belang is niet wat we willen. Dan wordt de "race" wie het snelst miljardairs en autocratiën kan bouwen op het leegroven van de publieke ruimte. "De markt" moet echt vanaf het begin sterk beteugeld worden. Dan kun je ook pas écht mooie innovaties verwachten.

Including the inability to be complete and the difficulty of being concise. Thank you! One question, this work does look opinionated, which is not a problem. But It helps to enforce the message with a list of external resources that support the claims. Do you already have a list of those? Can we help distill one? Do you disagree?
