@VeroniqueB99@mastodon.social and it looks like to me, we need to go back to the age old tradition of 'dragging people like him into the street and beating them badly in front of their family'... just as a reminder that we can :P
@dee@social.treehouse.systems yeah, the chances of most surgeries resulting in death is a non-zero, but with an SRS there are a few more concerns- this is always why it's best to research the doctor doing it and their success rate for patients. The one I researched for mine (which has of yet to happen) has an amazing record, so I'm relieved- but I have also accepted it might happen- and not being able to live in a body that best resembles my self? death isn't the worst outcome :/
@AndrewHenry@mastodon.energy Look, I have 1 word for you as a fellow Canadian: Moose, after that, I just nod my head and say 'sure, I mean, why not?' :P
@NickEast_IndieWriter@mastodon.art well then they are just doing it wrong :P What is the point if you can't have fun while you do it? phah, silly sorcerers ;)
The trouble with people like Musk and his ilk, is they are always chasing the next big step, nothing is ever good enough- Millionaire had to become Billionaire, which now has had to become Trillionaire- there will never be a number high enough to satisfy their ego, or the hole that lives inside of them they are so desperate to fill with money...
