So, I'm coming from a privileged position, but that's really difficult for me to follow.
I mostly don't care where the point is most of the time, I care about the position of the hand, and the interaction of the blades.
The trails (IMO) make following the important information much more difficult.

I like this as a straightforward setup. I have an old mini PC with GoldenCheetah setup and virtual rides for a sub-free experience that I should write up. That works great with a bike trainer.

Updated PrusaSlicer configs finally contain profiles for the Voron Trident. And they look pretty good! Might use them as the basis for some new configs, rather than my previously tweaked Voron 1 profiles.

Coolio. You're probably aware, but there's a bit of a line between office style inkjets and photo style inkjets. More paper options, and (usually) better quality printing.
Although I was recently surprised to work out that one company in our market is printing photos on what is technically an industrial label printer. Quality is fine, but volume is significant. That got me pondering.

@jacqueline It's developed well over time as well. Software maturation has been interesting to watch. I've not been able to get involved on that front given other committments, but by Gods, have I appreciated seeing it improve. It *lives* in my bag, and is a bit of a life saver.

There's work going on in there. First left attack no, right takes his time, followed by line left and right seeking the blade. Get to the back, leading to what looks like an error finishing with the left picking up the parry and finishing.
Second hit is a lot more straightforward.
I'd be fine with using that as a demonstration of control of distance.
We used to teach a similar setup as an exercise. Long attack no, then control the distance, aim to finish either mid-piste or back box. But focus on the control and forcing the decision on when to finish. Pressure on the attacker to make the attack complex enough to hide intent, pressure on the defender to control the attacker. Leads to some fun creative outcomes.
It would be a heck of a lot easier if it was better lit and it didn't have the laser ribbons in the way. We used top lighting in 2012, it worked great, and then completely forgot about it.

The sofa in question has a steel subframe for reasons I'm not sure of, it is in three parts. When you sit on one part, it tends to have its own sense of stability, which is an interesting characteristic for a piece of furniture.

@welshpixie@mastodon.art You're probably looking at Epson for art prints, but I'm not sure what the current state of Linux support looks like for colour calibration.
If you're looking for a day-to-day printer, then the solution is a Brother laser (and to be honest, if you need any daily printing I would be tempted to get a Brother to go with whatever you pick up for art printing anyway), but once you're in to art prints the answer is a bit less straightforward.

I have a bit of a bug with LTT, but I'll admit the precision is good (another member has it). If it didn't have their logo on, I would probably buy it. The handle is a step up from the iFixit, better than the standard Wera 4mm, and arguably offers the same bearing advantages of the Giaco in a more compact package.
