Header is the fourteenth (David Tennant) and fifteenth (Ncuti Gatwa) Doctor Whos standing side by side. Behind them is the inside of the Tardis door. Today I went to visit a friend who lives about 50 miles away and GPS suggested a route that avoided a freeway and took me along the coastline and through a gorgeous canyon filled with stunning rock faces and GREEN. Green trees, green grass, green mountains... And it was like I could EXHALE for the first time in a really long while. My shoulders relaxed. I opened the windows and breathed in the beautiful scent of living #nature all around me. It made me so happy. I didn't stop and take a picture but next time I will. I found this picture online I can share with you.
Picard was at Spock's wedding! Or was it at the wedding of Sybok? 😂 #StarTrekTNG #StarTrek
I'm really enjoying #Nautilus on #Acorn (originally an #amc series). It's an origin story for Captain Nemo, an Indian prince turned crusading scientist. It stars the gorgeous #StarTrekDISC's #ShazadaLatif as Captain Nemo. I also recognize #ShabanaAzeez from #ThePitt. The ship's crew are former captives of the East India Mercantile Co who are seeking their freedom via the submarine. And maybe get a little revenge against the 🤬s along the way. 😂 #JulesVerne
😢 I miss Tasha. I like this alt universe version of her a lot better than her evil sister. #StarTrek #StarTrekTNG
This episode (Remember Me) is really hard to watch. It's like I'm reliving the trauma of computing errors (or machinery problems) I've experienced. Where everything you try doesn't work. The feeling of helplessness. Ugghhh....so awful. #StarTrekTNG #GatesMcFadden #StarTrek
#MichaelBJordan receives a standing ovation from his peers and co-nominees for his #Oscars Best Actor in a Leading Role win. He thanked those who came before him: Denzel Washington, Sidney Poitier and others. His dad came in from Ghana to be there for him for this. 🥹 Well deserved for his powerhouse performance in #Sinners!
Yoroshiku-onegaishimasu I believe is Japanese for nice to meet you (among other things). 😂 Another feeble attempt by #StarTrek to represent other cultures like Chakotay's spirituality on Voyager.

@spacemagick@mastodon.social okay I had to find it because you piqued my curiosity. It's so MOD!!! I love the love and feel of the pilot episode. The cars, the clothes, even the pacing, exciting from the get go. Wowza!
I'll watch #Space1999 as well but #UFO is "shagadelic, Baby."
#PeterJackson is a big #DoctorWho fan. How AHHHMAZING would it be if Peter became the next show runner?!!! OMGGGGG!!!
The mother of a girl shot to death at Uvalde speaks at the acceptance of #Oscar for #AllTheEmptyRooms a doc about four children whose rooms lie empty because of school shootings. #EndGunViolence #Oscars #documentary
I'm surprised no novel picked up with Jhet'leya encountering Kim later on down the line. Or maybe give them an adventure together as Lynsey Ballard before the one that killed her. There may be one on #ArchiveOfOurOwn. 🤔 #StarTrekVOY #StarTrek
He looks like #Lovejoy! #Space1999

@Meowthias@mastodon.world yes. I've started with the first episode. I'm enjoying it. Not campy at all. Better production values than Doctor Who. Good acting. Only character I don't find "real" is Barbara Bain's but maybe she's an android...

@su_liam@mas.to the visuals are very impressive and the picture is so clear it looks like it's been remastered!

@darth_hideout@mas.to oh cool! Thank you!! Good to know. Does it make sense for them to have said it in this context?

@johnhood@mastodon.social God I hope not. It's bad enough Star Trek is in the hands of Paramount. The owner of Paramount has said he is motivated to use P+'s programming to support/encourage the orange stain. 🤮
In the #GraphicNovel Resurgence Jono (here shown saying goodbye to Picard) is a Talarian Captain. Has anybody read it? What happened to Jono in it?
Resurgence is the name of a #videogame. Is the graphic novel based on the game? Is Jono in the game? #StarTrek #StarTrekTNG #ChadAllen #PatrickStewart #gaming

@fox@social.hostnetwork.xyz he deeply upset her and immediately it happened. He was the closest proximate cause. 🤷♀️

@icastico@c.im it's frustrating when it's difficult to suspend disbelief to enjoy something.
Non sequitur but I felt that way watching the Lion King on stage. 😆 I was supposed to ignore the actors faces and just look at the masks that rested on their heads but I couldn't do it. It just looked way too silly to me. Gave me a fit of the giggles.
