If social media fucks your shit up this badly just because someone didn't put a content warning on a post about food (I've seen a bunch of weird ones) then you need to be putting self care at the forefront of your priorities. I get it if it's a post about self harm or violence, but forcing others to be accommodating to this extent ironically just prolongs someone's suffering.

I make a point of prioritising IRL spaces and communities, because those tend to be more impactful on a lot of levels. Even doing something silly as organising karaoke nights has a long lasting impact.

While you are labouring away on a Saturday because you got offended by a double rainbow, I'm enjoying time with my cats. The weather is great where I am. I hope you too give yourself time to enjoy what has been given us instead of casting scorn onto others. If one thing takes a clear priority you should ask yourself if that is what you want from the limited time we have. I'm going outside to see friends, hope you can afford yourself such luxuries.
