@NorcalGma2 tomorrow is Farmer's Market day. All the fruit and vegetable vendors come from less than 2 hours away. All the "premade" stuff is, as far as I know, from the greater Morongo basin, which we sit in the midst of. I have my regulars, and, when I can afford it, I have a little splurge. They're adding a second one, on Wednesdays, in the next town (~8 miles), I'm hoping to check it out after the 1st.

I like to check out supplements from them, but if I plan on adding it to my regimen, I check the price on iHerb, because they are usually cheaper. Basically, if it's a supplement and iHerb and Sprouts don't have it, I usually don't bother, unless it's a shortage issue.

@dalfen@mstdn.social absolutely none. We used to have lots of vape flavors, along with separate nicotine. The vape shop would mix it for you, and if you were trying to quit, you could gradually reduce the % of nicotine, until it was non-existent, and the base was food grade glycerin. Big tobacco paid a shit ton of money to make custom mixing illegal. Their platform was that all the flavors were appealing to kids. But now, as usual, the only people that our government supports are the ones who can afford, at the least, an 8 figure bribe.

And now, that I am living about 45 miles from the nearest Sprouts, I am getting 95% of my supplements through them. Spices and EOs, I get from iHerb and Mountain Rose Herbs. (I like to make my own peppercorn mix).
