We went to Iona during the week. I've been several times before, but never walked to the south end of the island. We got to the old marble quarry. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it definitely wasn't this. Amazing to see the old rusting machinery that was abandoned. It was quite eerie!
We knew a gale was heading our way yesterday, then the flood warning came out, but no one told us this was going to happen.
Hoping all the local ewes managed to hold off from lambing last night
