Schneefelder liegen selbst Mitte Juni noch auf dem Glomfjellet. Ob sie tragfähig genug sind oder besser großräumig umgehen? In der Schneeschmelze verändert sich die Struktur des Schnees schnell, Hohlräume und eingelagerte Bäche können unerwartet für brechenden Untergrund sorgen. Hier draußen im Fjell nehme ich mir Zeit, jeden Übergang zu prüfen, denn ein Fehltritt in einer verdeckten Rinne könnte hier in dieser Wildnis unangenehme Folgen haben.
