As I prepare for my first week back for the new Scottish Parliament session, I am very alert to some of the challenges that some of our new MSPs will face.
But we must all recognise the danger of normalising the politics of hate. I wrote this on Friday - fascism doesn’t arrive wearing jackboots!
Final weekend before the election spent out campaigning in Aberdeen and Dundee.

I support reform of Scotland’s agricultural payments so they restore healthy river catchments, reduce flood risk & enable responsible coexistence with beavers.
Healthy rivers & wetlands are essential for climate resilience, wildlife & rural communities.
Our door knocking again in Aberdeen this evening. Issues concerning folk include the cost of living, the need for a just transition to renewables, abortion and more!
