(i.e. people who sell them, would be willing to make them, or maybe even just instructions I can follow myself)
I desperately need a witch hat to complete my character, especially given the upcoming talks I'll be giving '
by "nice" I mean something that I could wear daily, something that brings joy, something that's well made, looks nice up close, and will last forever. (I can find a lot of bad hats, but what's the point...)

The Rust starts are verifiably incorrect (and look like a misinterpretation of the actual data): see the 2024 rust survey:
- only 15.5% said they consider themselves a part of a marginalized group
- out of them 54.1% are lesbian/gay/bi/queer/non-het and 35.8% are trans
so out of the whole community only ~8.4% are lesbian/gay/bi/queer/non-het and only ~5.6% are trans.
that's nowhere near the stat in the post.
for all other languages no data can be found at all, so it's all just imagined it seems.

@yosh@toot.yosh.is @chrisdenton@hachyderm.io this issue describes only the T-libs-api change, i.e. the change to Infallible, which is a library type.
The PR to stabilize the never type has been nominated for T-lang: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/155499 (and is currently waiting on crater on a separate experiment / library backports)

@secretsloth not sure about material, but I think I do have a style in mind. Ideally I want a big brim and the pointy bit should be not be straight. probably not surprisingly my biggest inspo is simz's art (I will probably have to compromise on the brim at least a bit bc big brim is hard physically).
I think I'm more interested in paying for one, rather than making it, just on the basis of "I know I'll procrastinate on this forever". but then again, if making it myself isn't too hard, that also sound appealing, I could at least try yk =)
