Netflow sampling for data going through the networks of cloud providers is likely.
It will provide connection metadata for most of traffic going through them, unless the traffic is so miniscule that the usual "record 1 in 1000 packets" or so will miss it

Unfortunately said draft includes neighbour smoking cigarette on balcony approximately every hour throughout most of day and night.
"Just close window when smoke comes" - you just relegated me to guard duty by the window, including during the night, when temperatures are lowest, but ideally I'd be sleeping.
"It's not legal" it is, as long as cigarette butts are not thrown out the window.

No, that's not entirely accurate 🤔 I think there are circumstances in which spending some time with the people who are driving those processes could actually be productive, to let them know how it's affecting society and how we feel about it.
