I just can't get enough of the music that Apple is using to test your hearing on the iPhone. It's just so beautiful with all those bell sounds, gentle percs and lush pads... :)
Is anyone here by chance playing with the Home Assistant platform? I am running HA in a docker container on my RP5 machine and the thing appears interesting.
I just configured it to take a screenshot from my Nest doorbell whenever a person is detected, send that pic to Gemini and return a prompt-constrained description of what's in the view, then send it to me as a notification on my phone. What a geekery the whole process is though! LOL

Is it just me or Gemma4 is performing significantly slower with Ollama than Gemma3, at least on Mac OS?

@simon I think share sheet is one of the most abandoned feature in any OS. It's truly amazing we have gone so many versions and this feature is as bad as it has ever been.

@pesh@mastodon.social I don't know what they have done to that por VoiceOver in the recent OS but it has been locking up on me more than ever. The worst cases is where even pressing CMD+F5 didn't recover it. This is kind of scarry. Though, I am sure, it will be fixed, the fact that the bug exists in the first place, shakes my confidence in the stability of VoiceOver's process.

@ToniBarth@troet.cafe Hey Tony. Would you consider using universal binary for Mac OS rather than separate architecture-based binaries? I think the naming may be super-confusing for beginners in the “assets” section. I ran the "open me first” and, even though it claimed the removal of “gatekeeper" restrictions, they were actually not removed for me. I am on Mac OS 26.4.1.

@ToniBarth@troet.cafe @FreakyFwoof@universeodon.com I am still not able to update. Also, a few things: I am using dev snapshots (unknown release date) for both OSARA and ReaKontrol. Rabbit said “won't update” in the case of ReaKontrol but “Will update" in the case of OSARA.
Even after unchecking both, the app was not able to complete the install. BTW, what's your Reapack repo so that I can add it manually? Thx!

@FreakyFwoof@universeodon.com @ToniBarth@troet.cafe I realized that to bypass the gatekeeper the app had to remind in the same folder where the "open me first” was located. The minute I moved it into the “Applications" folder, the protection got enabled again.
Like Andre said though, i also was not able to install / update all the components.
