But a neighbour kid always got them, and my mom always got me the "evil" ones so we could "play together". By that, she condemned me to always loose, because that's how the stories always went. Die Staatsanwaltschaft kann zwar Klage erheben, aber sobald er hört das das schon vor dem BGH war, muss es der Richter fallen lassen.

The problem is that all the important parts can only be ordered from digikey or mouser, and now there will be a 3€ duty on each line item on an order. So if I have 20 unique parts on a board, that will be 60€ just in import duty, for parts that may be just 1€ each or often less. This would easily triple (or more) the cost for making a board like I planned.

I already have CP/M 2 and 3 on the list, then MP/M next. Fuzix and TRS-DOS are other candidates. But with the recent changes in EU duties policy, it might not be possible anymore.

Recently our chancellor demanded people work 72 hours per week, and the mandatory break times have already been cut by 25%. Unemployment benefits are barely livable, and retirement is a joke. Both my parents died without ever seeing a penny. But we are still required by law to pay for all the things that got cut

Ich hab schon erlebt das eine Stunde lang immer wieder kam ".. 10 Minuten verspätet", "20 Minuten verspätet" usw, dann nach einer Stunde kommt "fällt aus", direkt danach für den nächsten Zug: "10 Minuten verspätet". In der Zeit hätte ich irgendwie anders heim kommen können.

Have to do hrt on my own because doctors give me a choice of meds that cause depression, and meds that prevent me from sleeping, but gnrh agonists are literally illegal in germany for trans people. But at least calculators are orders of magnitude faster than humans, and are basically infallible, while using almost no power. LLMs use enormous amounts of power for unreliable output that really isn't even that much faster.

Back in the 90s, even the early 2000s, we still had real doctors who care about helping people. But they introduced laws under the title "evidence based medicine", that really meant doctors are only allowed to treat the most common issues with the most common methods, and aren't even allowed to deviate, or else the insurance companies can bill the doctor for any treatment not explicitly approved.

If you are employed, it's automatic. If you apply for unemployment benefits, it's also automatic. If you are denied unemployment benefits, you are automatically breaking the law if you don't get insurance somehow. People are going to prison for that

Ich teile nur Dinge, die ich sehe. Ich sage nicht "Wir sollten" oder "Wir müssten" Ich sage nur: "Kuck mal was da ist" DU bist es der daraus irgendwelche Forderungen ableitet. Dein ganzes Profil ist voll von "Wir sollten" und "Könnten wir" und "Please stop..." Projeziere nicht deine Fehler auf andere.

But I don't get any treatment, I have to pay that out of my own pocket. German healthcare used to be world class, but it got enshittified beyond recognition in the last decade or so. We don't even have a proper hospital anymore.

Er weiß schon vor der Frage was er hören will, und jede andere Antwort resultiert in einem 10-20 minütigen Vortrag darüber warum er Recht hat. Manchmal, wenn ich gerade keinen Bock habe wirklich zu arbeiten, diskutiere ich ein bisschen. Aber meistens sage ich ihm einfach was er hören will, und bin inzwischen ziemlich gut darin, das zu erraten. Meine echte Meinung hört er so gut wie nie.

@Mirabeaulacht PS: Um das präzise zu machen: Ich hatte schon mehrmals völlig unbedenkliche Ohnmacht. Passiert z.B. wenn ich mir etwas eingeklemmt habe, oder einen kleinen aber Schmerzhaften Schnitt habe. Daran ist nichts gefährlich. Ich spüre wenn es passiert, begebe mich in stabile Lage, und wache nach max. 5 Minuten wieder auf. Aber das kann für Andere beängstigend sein. Und das hat schon dazu geführt das jemand einen Krankenwagen ruft, wei *er* Angst hat. Wie kann ich das verhindern?

Es ist mir egal, ich bereite meine Flucht vor und der Rest darf gerne im selbst gewählten Faschismus am viel geliebten Abgas ersticken. Warum sollte ich auch nur einen Finger krumm machen für die 40% hier die AfD wählen? Wenn ich noch so lange überlebe. Da die medizinische Versorgung inzwischen nichtmehr zumutbar ist, ist meine Lebenserwartung gering
