Did a little walk from Central Square over the Harvard Bridge, down Commonwealth Ave under the trees through the Garden, over to Charles St in Beacon Hill then caught the T at MGH back to Central.
It’s a nice day out.

Back in Boston from Block Island and had an amazing time as always. I was able to pick up this original, 1973 (53-year-old) chart of the island.
The printing and paper are certainly different than reproductions; the yellow color of the island in the chart is really nice.
Quite happy about this, going to get it framed.

Update on my Block Island repeaters: They're still alive!
As of this morning I am seeing them send some adverts.
With increased density and probably some atmospheric ducting, perhaps, I've seen actual packets making paths off the island to surrounding repeaters.

Just came back from a lovely performance of The Sleeping Beauty at the Boston Ballet.
I’ve become fascinated by ballet, something I’ve never previously been interested in but have watched over a dozen recorded performances and attended several over the last year.
True art, athleticism, and a live symphony orchestra… What more can you ask for?

Visited The Met today and spent some time amongst the works of the masters.
Raphael: The Sublime Poetry exhibit was fantastic and ends soon. I highly recommend it.

After a few more deployments up Corn Neck Rd I am now receiving traffic from the mainland intermittently from the W1OP-Tower repeater and I’ve been able to get out to the main mesh from within town.
The paths are going all the way up to New Hampshire.
I even had a few two way conversations.
It’s not 100% but it now sets the foundation for a more stable link to the mainland.

As of June 5th we are seeing several repeater adverts actually showing up on various live maps. Seems like those packets are finally making their way to the mainland.
