I’ve had one of thise periods lately where every waking second has been filled with things I had to do whether I liked it or not.
My task list is pretty much complete tonight. And I have no idea what to do with myself.
What does your #selfhosted backup situation look like?
Mine is a box at a friends place with ZFS zrepl based replication hourly. Plus a second box at my parents for geographically distributed safety using restic to separate any ZFS replication issues. Basically a backup of a backup 🎰

Waking up to an update alert is preferable to waking up to an app with a botched db migration that wiped all your data because you weren’t there to do it.
