@Tutanota@mastodon.social I'm against AI, but I am for ML. To me AI is techbro hype about a generic model running on planet destroying hardware. Whereas ML, is something much smaller, and targeted. Searching for cures for cancer needs specific data sets to work on, not all the stolen data a techbro can possibly get by repeatedly scraping every server on the planet. So to argue, as some do, that we need AI for the answer to our problems, is missing a big part of the picture.

In fact I think it is an idea put about because it is more palatable to the public than what is really needed, laws to stop the accumulation of such wealth. That model is out of date now, but there should be a similar version if you want new. I never did calibrate it for Linux, but it should be possible with something like a Colormunki, Argyll, and DisplaCAL. There is also TurboPrint, a German, proprietary app that looks very good. I've used the trial version, but never had 'a calibration'. https://www.turboprint.info/ There should also be a CIS, (constant ink system), available if you do a web search or look on eBay. Sorry this is quite vague, I haven't done any printing for a while.
