This is very Washington State Specific. The State Ferries serve Beer in the galley and years ago they had special cups that had sort of a late 70s early 80s logo of an outline of a ferry and it said "BEER" in big letters on it. (you needed to drink the beer in the galley, So this was a way of making sure you didn't wander around the boat drinking the beer)
Someone made a shirt with that design on it. And I wanted to make one for myself ever since. But I can't find a picture online.

One big reason those on the right don't get upset about things like Susan Collins taking bribes, or Trump doing business deals with foreign powers is they figure "If it was that bad there would be an investigation, or congress as a whole would do something." They don't see that the social norms the entire system rests on are totally undermined. That social controls don't work if you don't care about them.
So they can dismiss it as "everyone does it" or "the dems are just mad"
