I fear for Gen alpha, who have lived most of their lives in a world where the most toxic men imaginable are the ones who gain more and more power and win over everyone else.

God am I jealous of countries that have snap elections. It would truly be a dream to have a campaign that only lasted a month or two.

I'd heard about the Trail of Tears back in history class, but the other day I read more about the horror that was the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Removal_Act . Literally ethnic cleansing and genocide of tens of thousands of Native Americans whose nations had sovereign treaties with the United States in the US South. The fact that we still have Andrew Jackson, literally a President of mass crimes against humanity, on our $20 bill is an abomination.
