Incredibly grateful for Apple on recognizing my contributions in the developer community and featuring so many amazing people across the globe!

I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for the community that got me started and helped me grow. I owe a lot to a number of people mentioned here, and more. Thank you! ❤️

🎂 NUNCH TURNS ONE TODAY 🎉

Still wild to me that Nunch has been on the App Store for a full year.

Thank you to everyone who’s tried it, sent feedback, reported bugs, or cheered me on while I built this little app. It means so much. 🩷

To celebrate, grab Nunch Pro for 50% off for one year. Ends tomorrow.

Really enjoying building widgets for https://nunch.app. I’m happy with how the weight progress one is turning out!

After a long flight and a 12-hour sleep, the impressions are settling in. What an amazing experience to attend and present at @ARCticConference@mastodon.social. I am incredibly grateful for Jesse, @franksolleveld@bird.makeup, all the speakers and attendees for making it a memorable trip! ❄️

Are people still reading technical blogs and watching videos? I'm re-thinking the space since everything revolves around AI and tooling.

Do you still like to consume content? Do you prefer reading or watching videos? What kind of topics? Interested to hear your opinions.

Replying to

@troz I like watching videos on non-technical topics and prefer reading technical blogs, for the same reason. They are usually shorter and get to the point faster or I can just skim them to get what I need.

Last week I attended TDX Salesforce Developer Conference at Moscone Center in SF. Much bigger and different than iOS conferences I'm used to.

Met a lot of cool folks, built and deployed a React app, won a trailblazer t-shirt, scored a rare Slack pin, and had a lot of fun! 😊

Impressions are slowly settling in, but I am still amazed by the awesome Swift Community in India!

Thanks to @swiftbharat@bird.makeup and @mufasayc@mastodon.world for having me speak at the conference. My first time in India will be an unforgettable memory. Everyone was just so kind and friendly ❤️
Thank you and see you next year! ☺️

Replying to

@dandylyons @SwiftIsland It's actually not a typo 😄 Shift Island was a different type-of-content conference happening around Swift Island, as is my understanding.

@mrudokas Makes sense! Yeah, people prefer different things. I found I collect highly technical articles as well, but never go back to reading them. I always read something when I need it. But glad to hear people still like reading content! Thank you! 😊

Replying to

@caleb @mattiem Makes sense, I'm kinda the same, if I do watch a video it's usually on a different or very specific topic that I'm interested to watch a 10-minute video. But I'm glad to hear people are still interested in reading/watching content! Thanks Caleb!

Replying to

@mattiem Personally, I always wrote about topics I worked on that I've struggled with because of lack of documentation otherwise, or something I found interesting. Now that AI can pretty much solve almost anything, that kinda seems pointless. I feel like there's still place for content, more experience based than just plain tutorials. But on the other hand, am I just feeding AI at this point 😅

@jefframes Thank you Jeff! That means a great deal to me! Yeah, privacy and simplicity was the main focus the whole time. I especially get annoyed completing a very long onboarding and then having to sign up at the end. I know why an account is needed, but since I can, at least at this point, I wanted to go without it and see how it goes!
