@cigitalgem this isn't just an AI issue. YouTube allows anyone to file a copyright strike by claiming to own the rights, and leaves it up to the creator to defend. I know of creators who have been forced off for clear fair use content because they can't afford to fight it, and YouTube's response is a digital shrug. Copyright law applied this way is not protecting copyright holders, it's protecting thieves. AI just automates the theft.

3) This provision was added by *Democrats* to make sure no one is caught unaware by the existing laws, and to save processing money
4) Selective Service isn't the draft. It's the mechanism, but a draft requires an act of Congress and would almost certainly lead to civil unrest right away.

NPR doing the most hilarious investigative work on whether Kash Patel used AI to rip off the Beastie Boy's video for Sabotage in a promo for combat ting "massive fraud." Don't even notice the most glaring AI errors, treating it like it's possible the FBI spent some order of millions to actually produce this video and not even queati9ning that possibility.
The fact that the video exists at all and Patel advertised it should be grounds for termination and possible investigation.
