Had a good sized echidna come for a drink this evening!

A peripheral entity on the globe's southern fringes... Outdoor fancying, bicycle riding, ev driving, science loving, PhD bearing, vaccinated Green lefty, etc. etc. An atheist, and a bit of a misanthrope (humans really don't deserve this planet), but I believe everyone has the right to think, feel, love and worship as they please... as long as that doesn't mean stopping others doing the same. "the work of Brooklyn-based artist Wizard Skull, that has made it over to our fellow fast food-fans in Japan. According to Wizard Skull, he began posting the NSFW McDonald's mascot around New York. "From there people began photographing him and he has spread across the world. He's been made into toys, t-shirts, backpacks, posters and stickers," the site reads."

@Lana@beige.party hopefully this is a trigger for those that do have a say in where their retirement funds are invested, to do so more mindfully. Even as a poor uni grad without a dollar to my name, I was determined that my retirement funds (aka super funds) wouldn't be used to perpetuate evil. #ethicalsuper

@futzle it made me wonder (not for the first time) if there was any official deaths from a Bunya nut... Apparently none, but I did find this in the supremely litigious nation of the good ol' USA...

@futzle@old.mermaid.town lol. A brand new shopping complex has opened over the road from my work. Features a very large supermarket of the 'DownDown' type... a whopping 1500m from the existing large DownDown supermarket, and even closer to the two FFPeople supermarkets (read, totally superfluous to need, totally on brand for capitalism).
I wandered over with a letter to post, hoping for a post box... there was a giant array of parcel collection lockers... but the post boxes were just as absent as in this photo.
